Founded and hosted by homeschooling parents, the group is an opportunity for families that homeschool to collaborate, share materials, and learn together. The first session will meet at the library on February 7th, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, and participants are welcome to join every Wednesday!

Join us on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 6 to 7:30 pm for meetings of the Library Ensemble, a community band led by Sam Zimmerman! We recommend this program for ages 16 and up.

People of all ages and walks of life are invited to bring their individual quilting, crocheting, knitting, embroidery, weaving, felting, and/or fiber-and-textile craft projects to the Fort Plain Free Library for each weekly gathering of the Creative Textile Fibers Group. The library board meets at 6:30 p.m. on the final Wednesday of each month. Meetings are open to the public.
